It's that last spec that intrigues us the most. Microsoft has been pretty coy about the Windows Mobile 7 timetable, preferring instead to push Windows Mobile 6.5 for now. The Monaco is purportedly shipping in September, but we're not convinced we'll even see the bulk of WinMo 6.5 phones by then. So either the Monaco is going to be seriously postponed, there's been an OS change on the phone, or Microsoft will be sending out WinMo 7 on top of 6.5. Knowing AT&T and Microsoft, we're betting on the first option.
