While images and video of the Google Nexus One have been popping up all over the Internet, hard facts about the specs have been few and far between. But the speculation can end now, thanks to a leak that gives the full rundown on the inner workings of the Nexus One.

The leak comes from an anonymous tipster who sent Engadget images of the tech specs for the device. While some of it is familiar, such as the 3.7-inch AMOLED display, other specs are new and equally interesting, such as the 512MB RAM, 512MB ROM and 4GB microSD in-box. Also interesting are images appearing to confirm the rumor we heard about the Nexus One getting 3G signals from T-Mobile but not from AT&T (users will have to stick with the slower EDGE network on AT&T).

The tipster also provided some interesting insight into how you can get the Nexus One. Don’t count on getting an unlocked Nexus One soon, as Google will only be selling this by invitation at first. No word on who will get invites, but it’s a good bet Android app developers will be first. If you don’t mind getting the Nexus One on contract, T-Mobile will be selling the phone sometime soon.

Check out the full specs below for more details.
