Image Leak Reveals 'Rachael' Android Phone from Sony Ericsson

By now, rumors about Android handsets just don’t have as much oomph as they used to a few months ago. So news that Sony Ericsson has a new Android phone in the works isn’t all that exciting (still interesting, but not exciting). Fortunately, this new phone has several other new specs that really do make it exciting.
Some new “internal documents” that the phone site Mobil dug up show a pretty new touchscreen phone from Sony Ericsson, with the codename Rachael. Apparently the phone will fall in the XPERIA line and come with Android OS, 3.5mm headphone jack and 8 megapixel camera. Pretty good specs to start a rumor with, but not nearly as exciting as the rumor that it will also have the Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. That could mean 1GHz speeds in your phone, which should make it pretty zippy (in theory). We’ll keep you posted as more on the phone is revealed.
